The accommodation for our staff is of a very high standard as we prefer to offer houses/cottages rather than other alternatives. We find this helps greatly to keep the same staff coming back year on year.
Varied Work
The work varies according to requirements, but typically seasonal workers will be engaged in the washing and processing of vegetables along with some field work.
