As one of today’s consumers you will be very well aware of the need to produce the food we eat in a safe and affordable way without exploiting the environment in which we live, allowing it to offer a safe haven for future generations to come, and to produce food without exploitation of its workers. Here at Fearn’s we recognise that our operations have an effect on the local, regional and global environment and as a consequence of this we are committed to managing our farms and facilities in an environmentally responsible manner, preserving the local community, and aiding the sense of worth and wellbeing of all our employees.

  • We work closely with organisations such as LEAF(Linking Environment and Farming) and FWAG (Farming Wildlife Advisory Group) and the RSPB (Royal Society for the Protection of Birds) to develop Integrated Crop Management which takes into account our need to produce an economical crop whilst enhancing the environment in which we farm for all concerned including the natural wildlife
