We employ a large number of eastern and central European staff seasonaly. Some of the jobs include:
- Harvesting swede
- Working in the packhouse
- Laying and removing net
- General maintenance
Due to the amount of seasonal labour we require for our swede business we tend to employ a large amount of Europeans students who are seeking seasonal employment.
We have successfully been employing EU students for many years and some return after graduating to take up full time positions within the company.
Our seasonal work runs from January to July. Seasonal start dates range between October and July.
On arrival and following induction training, each new start will be allocated their own area of work. There are various opportunities for promotion depending on language skills, experience and ability.
